Can I offer you a treat?

Boy, from what I've read and heard and seen it's a brisly topic, Jon & Kate.
We all seem to be in agreement ; the cameras need to go.
So instead of getting on your nerves with "hot topics" I've decided to hit you in your sweet tooth. Last night was my night to bring a treat to our stamping group. I decided I'd make caramel corn. I recently was taught this recipe, it's easy and SO GOOD! You'll need a Whirley pop or air popper to make your popcorn.
Microwave just won't do. It will taste off.
Ingredients:
yellow corn
2 sticks of Butter. (salted)
1/2 cup Honey
2 cups Brown sugar (I used dark)
1 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
(yes, I realize I only show 1 stick of butter, I had already put one in the pan.)
Make your popcorn as directed. I did two batches. 1/2 cup each.
set aside in a disposable roasting pan. Spray pan with Pam. And pick out as many of the old maids as you can.
You want to melt the butter in a medium/large sauce pan.
add you brown sugar and honey and stir until mixed together.
simmer for 5 minutes.
Add your salt and soda, be careful it will make you mixture rise, continue stirring until well mixed and color is a light caramel.
Gently pour mixture over popcorn, I spray my spoon with pam too.
Gently fold caramel into popcorn, making sure to evenly cover it.
Bake in the oven set at 200* for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
At the end of the hour, spread the corn out on some wax paper and break up any large clumps that have formed. Allow to cool. Then enjoy!
Word of advice, don't try typing and eating this stuff at the same time, your keyboard will end up sticky!
