Why am I so proud of myself?
I've been to the gym EVERYday since I started last Thursday. I am sore and my body rebels, but I'm following through in GOING. So far I haven't made it to any classes, none of the ones I want to try happen during the time I'm going. If I go late in the day, well, I can't really say I'd get there. I have to go before lunch. They have all these silversneakers classes at that time. Do you think if I stopped coloring my hair I'd have enough gray to get in??
NAH! I'm not ready for that, I don't even want to know how much gray is there.
So for now, for today I'll just stick with
"Yeah Me!"
